We believe in a full disclosure of  practical stewardship

In offering these statistics below to the public, we do not view it as a policy or boasting rites, but it is our duty and obligation as we are accountable to God and those seeking membership and fellowship in the Lord's work at PMBC.

Obedient and sacrificial giving is the key to God allowing His people to finance the use 17% of the receipts  for designated on-going Local; State, and Foreign SBC mission work.  In addition, offerings are collected four times per year for Special Emphasis to the spread of the Gospel and world hunger.

Also , We cheerfully give to the regular designated support of our community through the Portage food pantry; First Contact, and emergency funds devoted to the on-going needs of it's members. It is also our desire and privilege to engage our community and it's organizations to promote unity and integrity in the name of Christ.

We further strive to remain  free of debt as it is written "Owe no man anything, but to love one another"

The remainder or balance of the receipts is used for the on-going support of our staff and the resources for Maintenance ; education and providing care in effective ministries, evangelism and worship.

We do not ask for or expect any offerings or support from the visiting public, as you are our honored guests. We believe and practice the biblical teaching that the main line support of God's work comes through the Tithes and offerings of the local membership. Gifts offered from our visitors in support of  the PMBC ministries is appreciated, but strictly voluntary.
